The assessment service itself is provided under the written service agreement you sign with Accessible Home Solutions, LLC, doing business as Tame Home Safety ("Tame Home Safety") — if anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, your signed agreement controls.
The Home Safety & Fall Risk Assessment is a 90-minute in-home visit that includes a fall-risk screening, a room-by-room safety review, and a written plan with priorities and planning costs. The fee is a flat $500. The fee includes a follow-up visit after the work is completed, to check it against the plan and re-check function. Tame Home Safety does not perform construction or modification work. This is a private-pay consulting service, not medical care or therapy, and it is not covered by Medicare or insurance. No referral is needed. Our service area is Columbus and Bartholomew County, plus Edinburgh, Seymour, North Vernon, Nashville, Greensburg, and Franklin, Indiana.
